1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour, safari, accommodation, transportation service, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Brendava Tours & Travel. Reservations are only considered confirmed after receiving the required deposit or full payment.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments may be made through approved methods provided by the company.
• Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds depend on supplier policies and the timing of cancellation.
• Permit fees, park fees, and government charges may be non-refundable.
• Administrative charges may apply to cancellations.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Brendava Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or activities due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and any other required travel documents before departure.

7. Health and Fitness

Certain activities such as gorilla trekking, mountain hiking, and long safaris require a reasonable level of physical fitness. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions before travel.

8. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, and evacuation where necessary.

9. Liability

While Brendava Tours & Travel takes all reasonable precautions, participation in safari and adventure activities carries inherent risks. The company shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delays, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or circumstances beyond its control.

10. Wildlife Viewing

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals move freely in their natural habitats. Our guides make every effort to maximize viewing opportunities while respecting conservation regulations.

11. Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation standards and transportation services are provided according to the package booked. Equivalent alternatives may be provided if circumstances require changes.

12. Photography and Media

Clients may take photographs and videos during tours. Brendava Tours & Travel may also use photographs taken during trips for promotional purposes unless a client specifically requests otherwise.

13. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the website and its services.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings and website use is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Uganda.
